2. The copy of your response will be sent via email. This will serve as your order confirmation already.
3. Kindly pay for your order on or before the deadline of payment following the account details we will send via email.
4. Email us your proof of payment for the ITEM/S you ordered.
5. Wait for order period to close and for your order to be made (if its for pre-order) and packed.
6. Once your order is ready to be shipped out, we will send you a photo of it via email and request for your balance and/or shipping fee payment.
7. Once we receive your proof of payment for the remaining balance, your order will be shipped out. Shipping schedule is every weekends only.
✏️ TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. Submitting your order means you are a SURE BUYER and you AGREE with the terms & conditions.
2. Buyer will shoulder shipping fee.
3. Order is only finalized after payment has been made and confirmed by us. Cancellations are NOT allowed.
4. For 50% downpayment option, 50% downpayment must be paid on/before the deadline of payment. Balance payment + shipping fee must be paid within 2 weeks AFTER you receive an email from us that your order is already packed. (Please read #5 for T&Cs regarding failure to settle balance payment within the 2 weeks)
5. If the buyer fails to settle their balance + SF payment within the deadline, the order will be 'on hold' for the buyer for 1 more week and will be subject to pay storage fee of PHP 70 which must be settled along with balance + shipping fee before their order is shipped out to them. If the buyer fails to claim their order within the 'on hold' period, they will forfeit their order and it will be put for sale. NO refund will be given for cancellations. (#7 terms on cancellation does not apply to buyers who paid for their goods in FULL except for storage fee)
6. For international orders, estimated shipping fee is provided once we have packed your order. Your order will only be shipped out once we receive estimated shipping fee payment. Once your order is delivered, FedEx sends to us the billing of the exact shipping fee. In case there is additional payment needed, buyer must settle this.
7. Picture/s of product will be sent before shipping. Seller shall not be held liable for any damage on the product or delay during shipment given that the seller will practice due diligence in packaging all orders. It is also the buyer's responsibility to track their orders.
